First off, see your primary care physician regularly. Take medication (if needed), eat a healthy diet, reduce intake of salts, have a reduced intake of caffeine and alcohol, stop smoking, lessen stress (if possible), and exercise regularly.  This is a good start to your overall health. 

Next is a regular visit to your dentist.  To those people who are untreated, we would love to see you to help restore your smile and replace lost and broken teeth.
